Member Resource Library Submission

As part of NYSACHO’s strategic plan, one of the identified strategic goals for the association is the development of a web-based resource library for members. The resource library will highlight models, promising LHD practices, external and internal resources and other tools to assist local health officials in their professional development.  The library will be searchable and resources will be divided into programmatic or administrative resources, with broad sub-categories under each.  You wiill be able to designate whether NYSACHO makes this resource available on its public website, members only portal, or upon request by member only.

Examples of resources might include toolkits, sample contracts, job descriptions, dvds, video or audio clips used as PSAs or for training, quality improvement tools, policies and procedures, program descriptions, and internal or external web resources that you have developed and/or regularly utilize.

Please use this form to submit any potential resources developed and/or used by you and your department that you think could benefit other local health officials
