Position Statements

NYSACHO develops formal positions statements on proposed public policy through a rigorous, membership-lead policy review process. NYSACHO posts/lists positions statements on the Support and Oppose pages as follows:

1. General policy statements first (i.e. statements related to a broad-based policy position, rather than a specific legislative proposal)
2. Two-house bills next, by Assembly bill number, in ascending numerical order
3. One-house bills last by Assembly one house bills, then Senate one bills, in ascending numerical order
