- Objectives:
- Participants will describe a holistic interprofessional model designed to develop graduate students’ specialty knowledge and skills in early intervention in order to be a strong advocate for young children and their families
- Participants will use data and current literature to articulate the need to strengthen and diversify the early childhood workforce
- Participants will detail key strategies to establish, maintain, and enhance interprofessional and community-partnerships necessary to collectively address workforce shortages.
